Diced Pork Bao

Soft, fluffy bao served with seasoned diced pork and dressed with Japanese mayonnaise, spring onions, chilli pepper powder, and sesame seeds.
Preparation Directions
- Place the diced pork on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for between 40 seconds to 1 minute (until piping hot)
- Bao
- Steam the bao just before you are ready to assemble to prevent them from hardening.
- If you do not have a steamer, you can microwave the bao at 650W. Allow for 20 seconds for 1 bao or 40 seconds for 2. Microwave power and duration may vary depending on your microwave
- Do not overheat the bao as this can cause them to shrink and harden
- Assemble and enjoy!
