10 Brazilian-style Salgados of your choice. Perfect as a sharer starter for 2, or snack on them as you go!

Please note: We supply these pre-cooked for your convenience, only requiring reheating in an oven. If you prefer, we can also supply them uncooked, which for best results should be deep-fried (see Preparation Directions for details). Please let us know which you prefer!

10 Brazilian-style Salgados of your choice.

Choose from:-

  • Prawn Rissole (Rissole de Camarao) – Savoury pastry with a creamy, tomato prawn filling
  • Chicken Coxinha – Savoury pastry with a chicken filling cooked in onions, garlic and parsley
  • Beef Rissole (Rissole de Carne) – Savoury pastry with beef and olive filling in a tomato based sauce
  • Cheese Ball (Rissole de Queijo) – Savoury pastry with mozzerella and cheddar cheese filling with oregano

Preparation Directions


  • Remove your Salgados from the freezer 30 minutes before cooking
  • Preheat a pan of oil to 160oC or medium heat. There should be enough oil to cover each Salgado completely
  • Gently and carefully drop each Salgado into the hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan, allowing enough space that the Salgados do not stick to each other.
  • While frying, keep the Salgados moving, using a heat-proof utensil
  • When the Salgado turns a golden brown and is piping hot inside (approximately 5 – 6 minutes), remove from the oil and allow to drain on a kitchen towel.
  • Serve, and enjoy!*
  • Tip : If the Salgados brown too quickly in the oil before the insides heat up, place the fried Salgados in a medium oven (around 160oC) for 10 – 15 minutes.


  • Remove packaging and place Salgados on an oven-safe tray
  • Cook in a pre-heated oven at 170oC for 15 – 20 minutes
  • Serve, and enjoy!*

*Be careful, the filling will be hot

Shelf Life and Refrigeration

For frozen, uncooked – please store in the freezer and consume within 1 week of delivery.

For precooked – please store in the fridge and consume within 3 days of delivery.
