Soft, fluffy bao served with Japanese-style crispy chicken and dressed with Kito Kito’s spicy sauce, spring onions, and sesame seeds. Note: Spicy sauce is placed in a separate container. The crispy chicken itself is not spicy.

Each kit contains:

  • 2 bao
  • Portion of crispy chicken
  • Spring onions
  • Spicy Sauce
  • Sesame Seeds

Preparation Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200℃
  2. Put chicken on an oven-safe tray and heat in the oven for 7 minutes.
  3. Bao
    1. Steam the bao just before you are ready to assemble to prevent them from hardening.
    2. If you do not have a steamer, you can microwave the bao at 650W. Allow for 20 seconds for 1 bao or 40 seconds for 2. Microwave power and duration may vary depending on your microwave
    3. Do not overheat the bao as this can cause them to shrink and harden
  4. Assemble and enjoy!
